Phase II Soil and Groundwater Investigations

We conduct Phase II Soil and Groundwater Investigations to ensure that potential environmental risks and liabilities are identified and adequately accounted for and addressed in future management of the area.

Phase II involves a thorough assessment and investigation of the environmental conditions of the property specifically in terms of potential releases to the environment. Based on the results of the Phase II Soil and Groundwater Investigation, if any contaminated areas are identified, appropriate abatement, mitigation, or cleanup options are evaluated, as considered necessary.
